some new spaces around the house – we’ve been re-arranging furniture and de-cluttering (a constant process towards simplifying…there is so much stuff!), and really enjoying the change and flow of energy.

time for yoga and meditation, which I’m finding very helpful, focusing, grounding and calming.
Listening mostly to BBC Radio 4 in the background where I hear snippets of interesting talks and articles, or parts of radio sketches and dramas. There’s something very comforting about this…the voices are so soothing…almost like having a cup of tea.
